RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you would like to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receipt.

 

How do you proceed?

If you wish to return the item by post:

  • Please contact us first via email (info@milk-bar.be) so that we can provide you with the return document.
  • Pack the item in a box/bag so that the item remains undamaged.
  • Stop the fully completed return document in the packaging.
  • As soon as we receive the package in perfect condition, we will refund the actual amount paid (excluding return costs) within 7 working days.
  • Upon refund, the amount will be credited back to the account number used for the purchase.

If you wish to bring the item into the store: 

  • Please contact us first via email (info@milk-bar.be) so that we can provide you with the return document.
  • Come to our store within 14 days of purchase (Edmond van Hoofstraat 6, 2400 Mol, België) with the fully completed return document. 
  • If the item is in perfect condition, we will refund the actual amount paid (excluding shipping costs) within 7 working days.
  • Upon refund, the amount will be credited back to the account number that was used for the purchase.

 

Only items are eligible for our return service :

  • those returned within 14 days of receipt in their original undamaged packaging;
  • those are provided with the original attached label;
  • those that are unworn/unwashed/unused; 
  • that are in original condition;
  • where the return package is sufficiently stamped.

Clothing may of course be tried on indoors, but not worn. Do not store our items in smoky areas, in the kitchen, or near pets. 

This policy does not apply to products that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons (for example: perfumes, lingerie, swimwear, care products...) and that have been opened after delivery. 

Returns are always at the customer's expense. Milk Bar will not reimburse the costs for returns.
