1. Kies de juiste temperatuur

• Warm: Leg Lactamo 3 minuten in warm water
  Ideaal bij stuwing, pijn of om de melkstroom te stimuleren
• Koud: Leg Lactamo minstens 1 uur in de koelkast of 3 minuten in ijswater
  Ideaal bij ontstekingen, zwelling of gevoeligheid

2. Plaats Lactamo op de borst

• Plaats het hulpmiddel voorzichtig op de borst
• Zorg voor een comfortabele houding (zittend of liggend)

3. Voer zachte massage uit

• Rol Lactamo voorzichtig over de borst
• Gebruik lichte druk en maak rustige, cirkelvormige bewegingen
• Focus op zones met spanning of verstopte melkkanalen

4. Stimuleer lymfedrainage & melkstroom

• Beweeg Lactamo richting de oksel of tepel om de afvoer te ondersteunen
• Gebruik tijdens of vlak vóór het voeden of kolven voor optimaal effect

5. Herhaal indien nodig

• Kan meerdere keren per dag gebruikt worden
• Gebruik altijd zachte druk om het gevoelige borstweefsel te beschermen

• Eenvoudig te reinigen met water
• Geschikt voor sterilisatie (kokend water, UV- of stoomsterilisator)
• Snel op te warmen in warm water of te koelen in de vriezer
