Unless otherwise stated in the current privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy"), words with a capital letter have the same meaning as those in the General Terms and Conditions, available on our website.
 
 
Milk Bar values the privacy of the users of its Website. Under "User” should be understood as: any person who consults the Website, regardless of whether that person places an order or not. Milk Bar will ensure that the personal data it collects when a User uses the Website will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian law regarding data protection.

The processing of personal data by Milk Bar always has an explicit, justified, and specific purpose.

Milk Bar VOF will only collect and process personal data to the extent necessary for the intended to achieve the goal (data minimization).
 
 

3/ RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

Milk Bar retains the User's data as long as necessary to achieve the purpose intended at the time the data was collected. In the event that Milk Bar VOF needs the User's personal data for purposes other than those for which the data was initially collected, Milk Bar will inform the User about this and, if necessary, ask for the User's consent in advance.
 
 

4/ TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU

The User's personal data will normally not be transferred to third countries. If this is necessary, Milk Bar and/or its subcontractors will ensure that Data Protection laws, regulations, and rules are respected. 
 
 

5/ THE USER'S RIGHTS REGARDING HIS PERSONAL DATA
