Then you may well be the new face of our Milk Bar family. 

Milk Bar is a concept store for mums, babies, and children, where we love to guide parents personally and with great enthusiasm. We are looking for a sales assistant (28–32 hours/week) who helps create a great shopping experience and enjoys working creatively on our social media.

An important part of your job is guiding parents in putting together their birth list. That is why we like it if you are curious about our products and enjoy taking the time to learn about our collection and product knowledge step by step, so you can advise parents with confidence and a personal touch.

What will you do?

• Help customers warmly and personally and handle checkout work.
• Guide and advise parents in putting together their birth list.
• Present our products neatly, attractively, and in an inspiring way.
• Make sure the store is cozy, well-kept, and organized.
• Receive deliveries, check them, and place them neatly in the store.
• Carefully pack webshop orders and get them ready for shipment.
• Continue building your product knowledge so you can advise customers better and more personally.
• Think creatively and help create our social media content.

Who are you?

• You are warm, enthusiastic, and genuinely customer-oriented.

• You enjoy advising people and helping find what truly suits them.
• You are curious and open to learning about our products and brands in depth.
• You work accurately, have an eye for detail, and value order and neatness.
• You are happy to roll up your sleeves and can work independently.
• You enjoy variety and like taking initiative.
• You enjoy working together in a small, close-knit team.
• You don’t mind working regularly on weekends.
• Experience in retail is a plus, but not required.
• Extra plus: you are creative and have a feel for Instagram and TikTok, for example for photography, stories, and reels.
