Nipple shields or nipple covers are ideal for sensitive nipples, nipple cracks, thrush or an infection. Silver has an antibacterial effect that quickly and efficiently resolves all these issues.

Silver Nipple Covers

Pure silver – in combination with a drop of breast milk – works antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal and makes the use of nipple cream or ointment unnecessary. The nipple shields are mold-resistant, antiviral, and antibacterial.

To achieve the best effect, first clean your breasts and rub a drop of breast milk on the nipple. Then rinse the silver caps under running water and dry them with a cloth. Wear them between each feeding.

Properties

Size M/L: 4.5 cm wide, 1.5 cm high. For a nipple areola with a maximum diameter of 4.5 cm. Usable for all sizes of nipples.

Size XL: 5 cm wide, 1.6 cm high. For a nipple with a maximum diameter of 5 cm. For mothers with larger nipples. 

Cleaning

If the caps are visibly contaminated, we recommend thoroughly cleaning them with baking soda before use. (Do not sterilize or scrub). Sterilization or scrubbing is not recommended.
