The ErgoCocoon is an easy swaddle sleeping bag made of organic cotton. The ergoCocoon features snap buttons at the arm openings. This allows you to choose whether to use it simply as a sleeping bag or as a swaddle sleeping bag - just leave the arms in or out! What are TOG values?
TOG stands for Thermische Overall Klasse. It is a guideline to indicate to what extent, among other things, sleeping bags retain body heat. The higher the TOG value, the harder it is for heat to escape through the fabric. And the lower the TOG value, the more heat loss occurs.
Sleeping bags usually have a TOG value ranging from 0.5 TOG to 3.5 TOG. A very light, fresh summer sleeping bag is 0.5 TOG and a very warm winter sleeping bag is 3.5 TOG.
NOTE: TOG values are purely indicative. It is always important to check yourself whether your child is not too warm or too cold.
