• 90 cm to use from about 6 to 30 months and a length of 70 to 95 cm
• 110 cm to be used from about 24 months and a length of 90 to 115 cm

Your child's height is more important than age in determining the correct size of the sleeping bag. If the sleeping bag is too big, your baby may sink. Never use a sleeping bag if your little one's head fits through the neck opening. In a baby sleeping bag that is too small, your child will not be able to fully stretch their legs or have enough room to move, the distance between their feet and the bottom of the sleeping bag should not be less than 10 cm. What are TOG values? 

TOG stands for Thermische Overall Klasse. It is a guideline to indicate to what extent, among other things, sleeping bags retain body heat. The higher the TOG value, the harder it is for heat to escape through the fabric. And the lower the TOG value, the more heat loss occurs.

Sleeping bags usually have a TOG value of 0.5 TOG to 3.5 TOG. A very light, fresh summer sleeping bag is 0.5 TOG and a very warm winter sleeping bag is 3.5 TOG.
