Until what age can you swaddle your baby?

Most babies like being swaddled until they are around 3 to 4 months old, but of course this can vary from baby to baby. As soon as your baby can roll over, usually at around 6 or 7 months, you should no longer swaddle them. Swaddling can prevent them from rolling back, as they cannot use their arms, which could be dangerous. So always try to stop swaddling in good time.

How to keep your SwaddleMeyco looking its best for longer

• Always fasten the hook-and-loop closure before washing
• Do not use too much detergent (it is also better for the environment)
• Machine washable at a maximum of 40 degrees
• Tumble dry at a low temperature

How to swaddle your baby with the SwaddleMeyco

• Lay your baby with their shoulders level with the top of the swaddle. Place their legs in the foot pocket.
• Wrap the left flap snugly around your baby's body and arms. Fasten the two hook-and-loop tabs together.
• Fold the right flap over the left flap and fasten the two hook-and-loop closures to the hook-and-loop section on the left flap.

Make sure the flaps are fastened securely, but do not wrap your baby too tightly. Ideally, keep their arms straight alongside their body, and always lay your baby on their back when swaddling.
