SKÅGFÄ Klyv Lime Montessori Children's Knife Aqua

This new safe children's knife from Skägfa has won the IF Design Award! The knife is suitable for children from 2 years old and is made of 30% wheat fibre. This special children's knife increases independence and confidence and is good for both fine and gross motor skills.

Unlike the Kiddikutter, children cut with this knife using a chopping motion (Kiddikutter = sawing motion).

The handle is made partly from wheat fibre and the blade is made of (non-sharp) stainless steel. Unlike the wooden version of this knife, this one is dishwasher safe. The knife was designed by Skagfa in Spain.
