The BeSafe Pregnant is a belt guide for pregnant women that routes the lap belt downwards, below the pregnant belly, and keeps it in place there.

Without a belt guide, the lap belt can press dangerously hard on the placenta and the baby in the event of a sudden braking maneuver or an accident. In 1 out of 6 cases the unborn child sustains an injury as a result.
